hello! long time no see. i'm facing a writing block right now. everything i write seems really disjointed and, for lack of other words, basic. i was reading over some writing i did a few months ago and it all flowed so well. now everything is just....???? the change was so sudden. i analysed it for why it was like that, and while i came to a (tenuous) conclusion, i still couldn't figure out why i started writing differently so suddenly in the first place. i think it might have something to do with me writing so much analysis and crit. oh, well. i'll have to wait it out, else read more fiction. i'm quite cut up about this. )-: here's hoping it

hi guys long time no see!!! happy new year omg ! :-) sorry i've been rather stagnant with my art, haha, i've been spending most of my time writing uh. so i got a tiny bit of water (i'm not understating it - it was really tiny, like, shower droplets) on my phone, which is SUPPOSED to be water-resistant/able to withstand being submerged ten metres under water??? apparently not lol i admit i was being a little bit careless, so i'm feeling sort of stupid and panicked atm..|-: just yesterday, my mother said to me that if i broke this phone i would be in deep shit, i don't have one of those parents that would be like Of Course! It's Under Warranty

hey i'm sorry for my prolonged absence! i hadn't really planned to take such a long break from this site, but my tablet wire breaking yet again and my lack of interest in drawing probably played a huge part in that. it's regrettable, because if i had practised, practised in a structured manner, then perhaps i would actually be pretty decent by now. that's what i was thinking this time last year, anyway. that sounds really self-deprecating, whoops. the good news is that i haven't been spending my time doing mindless bullshit - i've been working (at least, more than i did last year), handling my university applications, and i've been cracking
